General Policy
All registrations, memberships, training sessions, camps, clinics, rentals, and programs booked through Infinite Vision Sports Academy (IVSA) are subject to the policies outlined below. By registering for or participating in any IVSA program, event, or service, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms.
IVSA reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, event formats, or facility usage as necessary due to weather, safety concerns, staffing, facility conflicts, or unforeseen circumstances.
Online processing fees and third party transaction fees are non refundable.
Personal & small group training policy
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule any personal or small group training session.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged at the full session rate.
No Shows
Participants who fail to attend a scheduled session without prior communication will be considered a no show and will forfeit the session without refund or credit.
Training Package Expiration
Training packages must be used within 6 months of the original purchase date unless otherwise specified by IVSA management.
Unused sessions remaining after the expiration period are forfeited and are non refundable.
Refunds
Training sessions and training packages are non refundable once purchased.
Account credit may be issued in limited situations at the discretion of IVSA management.
Training packages are non transferable between athletes or accounts unless approved by IVSA management.
Camps & Clinics Refund Policy
Registration Cancellations
Cancellation requests submitted 5 or more days prior to the start of a camp or clinic may be eligible for a refund minus any applicable processing fees.
Cancellation requests submitted between 3 and 4 days prior to the event may be eligible for account credit only.
No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the event.
No Shows
Participants who fail to attend a registered camp or clinic without prior communication will not receive a refund or credit.
Weather & Event Adjustments
IVSA will make every reasonable effort to complete all camps and clinics as scheduled.
In the event of severe weather, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances, IVSA reserves the right to:
-reschedule events
-adjust schedules or formats
-provide partial account credit when applicable
Refunds will not be issued for shortened or modified events caused by circumstances outside of IVSA’s control.
Medical Exceptions
Medical exceptions may be considered on a case by case basis with appropriate documentation submitted prior to the start of the event.
Memberships & Programs
Memberships, recurring programs, and automated billing plans may be cancelled according to the terms agreed upon at registration.
Previously processed payments are non refundable.
Failure to attend or utilize membership benefits, facility access, or scheduled programming does not qualify for refunds or reimbursement.
IVSA reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships or participation due to misconduct, unsafe behavior, failure to follow facility policies, or non payment.
Facility Usage & Conduct
All athletes, families, coaches, and visitors are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner while utilizing IVSA facilities and participating in IVSA events or programming.
IVSA reserves the right to remove or suspend any participant, parent, coach, or guest whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or harmful to the environment or operation of the facility.
Participants may also be held financially responsible for damages caused to the facility or equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
Weather & Event Cancellations
IVSA reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify programming due to weather, facility issues, safety concerns, low participation numbers, or circumstances outside of its control.
Whenever possible, makeup sessions, rescheduled dates, or account credits may be offered at the discretion of IVSA management.
Refunds are not guaranteed for weather related interruptions, shortened events, or schedule modifications outside of IVSA’s control.
